During plasma spraying, the plasma spray powder is melted in a plasma arc and propelled at high speed against the workpieces that are to be coated. The electrodes/nozzles used in the spray gun are requested to withstand a temporary temperature of more than 10000°C.
SNMTCO electrodes/nozzles are combined by WLa10-copper through NDB technology. WLa10 has Thorium-free without radioactivity, and also has optimum high-temperature resistance, and the NDB combination makes the excellent thermal conductivity.
